Radial blur
Select the layer you want to apply a filter to, then select the [Filter] menu > [Blur] > [Radial blur] to open the dialog box. This filter blurs the image by smoothing and averaging it in a radial pattern.

A red cross (x) will appear on the canvas while the dialog box is open. Drag this to set the center of the effect. |
(1) Strength
Sets the Strength of an image.
(2) Direction to blur
Set the direction to blur from [Both directions], [Outward], or [Inward].
(3) Mode
You can select [Box] and [Smooth] from Mode.
(4) Preview
Turn this on to preview the results on the canvas.
