Clip Studio Material Will Not Download

  There are 4 files that I have encountered in one day that say have been downloaded and purchased via Clippy Points but are no where to be found in my material folder. When I try and download it again, I get an error message (see attachment) . I am not sure how to fix this.

For the time being it would appear that the problem is fixed!

1. Installed Clip Studio on another computer.
2. Logged into Clip Studio on other computer
3. Re-download corrupted files
4. Find and copy Material files folders and put them on a flash drive
5. Plug in new Materials on original computer.
6. Done!

I followed the instructions as sent in the email but it still did not work. 

I think I fixed the problem with my method above, however, not everyone on here has access to a second computer so that method might not be available to them. Also, with that method, I am finding that it is difficult to locate the few corrupted files on the second computer. I searched under the Materials folder, but what is the best way to ensure that I am finding the right files? Should I check each material folder's "thumbnail" folder?
