How to purchase: language support.

I've tried Clip Studio Paint for a month and now I would like to purchase it. The problem is that I don't speak Japanese, so I cannot understand what exactly I should do. I need a code for the program.  There are  several items in your store, and I'm not sure which one I should pick. I didn't understand the differences between those two products. (Should I choose between them?)

I'd prefer to buy a never-ending license, if it is possible. If not, every-month payment is fine, too.

And also, how should I buy GOLD? Is it possible just to pay with a credit card?

I'll be very glad to receive any support. Probably screenshots with some guides will be the best.

I'm sure there may be many people with the same problem, so maybe this topic will also help them, too.
