Hi. I 'm Writing this letter since there are a Couple of Problems with my program. (Clip studio Launcher) 1. I can not let my launcher be updated. Although I tried to update Clip studio as v.1.5.4 many times, only Just Clip Studio Paint was Updated to v.1.5.4 successfully. In contrast, Clip Studio Launcher has remained as version 1.1.9. 2. Clip Studio can not be deleted. I decided to reinstall Clip Studio due to Launcher update error I mentioned eariler. So I tried to delete Clip Studio installed on my computer already, but it did not work. Whenever I try this work, a pop-up comes up and the process does not run. I attached this pop-up capture. I 'm not Japanese, so I could not understand what it (pop-up) says. Also, I could not find the way how I can figure it out. Please send instructions for these problems as soon as possible. CLIP STUDIO PAINT日本語版は、日本語OSのみが動作環境となりますが
ご使用のOSの言語は日本語でしょうか。
恐れいりますが、他言語OSをご使用の場合は、動作環境外となりますため
動作環境を満たした状態でのご使用をご検討ください。
また、CLIP STUDIO PAINT日本語のサポートは、日本語でのご返信となります。
